Community Meditation

This is not a class. There is no instructor at the front of the room, no single tradition being taught, no right way to sit.

Community Meditation is simply a dedicated time and space for practitioners of all backgrounds to come together and do what they already do — meditate. You are welcome here exactly as you are. What makes this gathering rare is its spirit of genuine equality. No tradition is elevated above another. No method is treated as more legitimate than the next. We honor the many roads that lead inward.

After the sit, participants are warmly invited, though never obligated, to share reflections, insights, or simply the texture of their practice that day. Some of the most nourishing conversations arise in these quiet exchanges between practitioners who rarely get to meet one another across tradition lines.
