About The Event
Reading about a teacher training only tells you so much. Practicing with the people who'll be in the room — that's how you actually know.
After a 60-minute class, this 60-minute session will answer all the questions you have about our Yoga Teacher Training program.
Rebecca D. Nie — DAI's founder, Zen master, and a graduate from Joy’s YTT program — will guide a 60-minute accessible practice that reflects the holistic approach at the heart of the Winter 2027 cohort. Then we'll open it up: what the training feels like, how the four weekends unfold, what “holistic” looks like when it's not a marketing word, and what shifts in people by the end.
