About The Event
This is not a class. It is a community.
Every Tuesday, 9:30 to 11:00 AM, we open the doors at 233 Homer Ave for intermediate and advanced fellow yogis to practice side by side. Share what you're working on. Learn from what someone else has spent years refining. Advance an asana together. Talk about the journey — the plateaus, the openings, the questions no commercial class can hold.
Rebecca facilitates. The rest is us. Bring a mat. Come as you are on the path.
Who this is for: Intermediate and advanced practitioners. If you're newer to yoga, our Thursday evening Hatha class is the better first step.
